Backstory: Every year at Chris' work summer picnic, they have toys for kids. Every year prior to this year, they have looked awesome and included a kite (and an awesome spot in an open field to fly kites). Every year, we tried to get them and they wouldn't give them to us because we didn't have a kid. Well, we were SO EXCITED to go to the picnic this year and FINALLY get our kite. And, what do you know, there were no kites AND the toys they did have were horrible....So, we bought ourselves our own kite! We'll show them! :)
Remember being little and having the hardest time with dad trying to get your kite flying? We both do, so we were a little nervous of how we were going to get it up....But, no problems here! We could barely hold it down trying to get it all assembled! I assume they make kites differently now a days or that we were trying to fly a move advanced kite when we were little!
