Wolves

Kelby and Daddy watched (and re-watched and are re-watching some more) a show on wolves. Kelby likes howling like a wolf now! For the last week, every morning when he gets up, he runs to the tv, starts howling, and yelling DaDa! When I tell Kelby that Daddy is at work, he runs to the door to Chris' office and knocks - hoping hoping Daddy is working from home. So so cute!
(same night and dirty face as peek-a-boo! :D)

Peek-a-Boo

The other night after dinner (hence the very messy face!) Kelby started playing peek-a-boo with us! So cute!

Soccer Class

Since Kelby loves loves loves kicking balls around, we found a soccer class for toddlers. The first day we went, he was far and away the youngest kid there - he pretty much did his own thing because he couldn't keep up with the other kids. Kelby can move fast, but these kids can move faster (guess that's what we have to look forward to! :D).

First class - he was so cute just running around playing with the ball by himself.

The coaches had told me there were a lot more young ones that came to the Saturday class, so we checked that one out instead. Way better!

Listen to what the coach has to say!

Warm ups!

Drills!

Sharing Learning Tower

Two of Kelby's friends (and their parents) came over for dinner. They were so cute - they all wanted to be in the learning tower together and were sharing a cup of water - even though they all had their own! :D It is so adorable how they definitely know each other - they've been seeing each other since they were 3 months old and are only 6 weeks apart in age.

Where's Kelby?

Is he under his bed?

Or maybe he's hiding in the cupboard?

Hiding with Chips

If you want to eat chips, but Mommy says no, head to the changing table and pretend you are getting your diaper changed! :D

Somersault

We practice somersaults at the gym when we go to tumbling class, but I've never seen him try it on his own. Guess Kelby needed to show off his skills to Grammie!

Kazoo

I'm not exactly sure on the history of the GramBob and the Kazoo. I do know that Chris got him a special Amazon Kazoo and book for his birthday that we gave him when we were visiting. Luckily the book came with an extra kazoo so Kelby could play too.

These videos are extra funny because Chris didn't think there was a reason to give Kelby a kazoo because he wasn't going to be able to play it!

This is within seconds of GramBob handing Kelby the kazoo.

Matchbox Cars

I see what the future holds...

Even counting matchbox cars is fun!

Children's Museum

We went to the Children's Museum by Grammie and GramBob's house.
From up in the tree house, you could see the train going around and around.
They had a model private jet to play in. Daddy and Kelby made excellent pilots!

Happy Easter!

 The Easter Bunny came...

...and then we had a fun Easter Egg hunt. Kelby did an awesome job finding all the eggs!

Every toddler needs to have a good stick war with their Great Grandma on Easter! :)

Park Parking

Can you spot Kelby's wheels in the parking lot? :-)

Stacking Blocks

So proud of himself!

Outside Play

When we weren't elsewhere, Kelby DEMANDED to play outside! I think it was the first nice-ish (a little windy, but very sunny) week of weather we'd seen since last summer (of course, because we weren't in Seattle!) and he was determined to take full advantage of it!

Kelby helped Grammie mow the lawn.

Kelby made daddy push him, lap after lap, around the house in his car! It was so funny because Kelby would get out of his car after one lap, and then get right back in, shut the door and look up at Chris to go again!

Kelby learned to walk on his hands!

Soccer

Kelby played a lot of soccer with Daddy!

Park

Next stop was the park. This became a daily stop! :D
Kelby got an early Easter present...he loved (mostly!) riding to the park and back in it!

Every step up Kelby (and then GramBob!) would grunt - you can really hear him on the last step. It was hilarious!

Zoo

Our first stop on our visit to Grammie and GramBob was the zoo!

Kelby got to watch the lion pace back and forth and ROAR!. It didn't seem like he enjoyed all the people watching him!
We fed the goats and the sheep - one time out of Kelby's hand and then we decided to throw it instead! :D

Computer

Kelby somehow convinced Daddy to use the computer...I think it's all over now....However, Daddy found some great websites that just require pushing buttons on the keyboard (or slamming your hands on it!) to make things happen.
